Lead Instructor
Hockey University is headed by President and lead instructor, Sami Holmes. Utica University NCAA two-sport athlete turned professional skills coach with 20 years of experience, Sami is committed to providing detailed hockey instruction in order to help each of our students reach their goals.
Sami has travelled the world teaching hockey skills in England, Wales, Thailand, all over the US and Canada.
Our Programs
Private Session
Location: Ottawa and surrounding areas
1-on-1 skill development training tailored to exactly what the athlete needs. Topics can be position specific, skating and edgework, stick skills, shooting technique, etc.

Semi-Private Session
Location: Ottawa and surround
2-10 athletes involved in a small group skill development session. Focus can be position specific, skating and edgework, stick skills, shooting technique, game situational play, etc.

Team Development Session
Location: Ottawa and surround
Briefly describe your degree and any other highlights about your studies you want to share. Be sure to include relevant skills you gained, accomplishments you achieved or milestones you reached during your education.
