Service Description

Power Edge Pro (PEP) is an innovative on-ice hockey training system that uses patented obstacles and small-area circuits to improve player edgework, puck control, and reaction time. Certified PEP instructor, Sami Holmes, will be leading this program to get our athletes multitasking like never before. This is a high rep and high feedback environment for top tier hockey players. Because of the demanding nature of PEP, this program is only open to Tier 1 & Tier 2 players (male and female).
