Fall Development Program

Service Description

This program is designed exclusively for 2015-2016 defencemen who want to elevate their game from the blue line out. Players will focus on the key skills needed to excel on defence, including gap control, angling, stick positioning, breakout execution, and defending 1-on-1 situations. Skating development will be emphasized—backward stride mechanics, pivots, transitions, and agility—all tailored to the role of a defenceman. Sessions will also include puck retrievals under pressure, first-pass execution, and decision-making to help players become confident and reliable in their own end.
