Service Description

Our small group sessions allow for high repetition and individualized feedback, ensuring that your athlete gets the attention they need to succeed. Our focus will be skating (transitions, maintaining speed, agility, stride length, crossovers, lateral movement) and stick skills (puck placement, top hand vs bottom hand responsibilities, hand placement, multi-tasking). Our sessions will all begin with 20 minutes of skating specific work and then transition into stick skills while continuing to work on our skating skill of the day. 4-week program
